Idk how this would like since I have not played around with it but maybe "Death Notice" would look good in the cross bar of the A. Then it would not take away from the symbol as much as well as maintain readability.

i actually wanted to do that but the words would have been smaller and i couldn't get them to follow the crossbar atleast this way the A in death is lined up with the BIG A

just a suggestion, can u make the text bigger or something, it is very... how to say it, doesn't attract attention that much...

and if u can, add some transparency or something on the edge of the image so that it won't be so crudely ended like that...

my suggestion is make the edge blurry

Use photoshop, they have simple tools for that.
