Let's appeal to your avarice and pride in a way that spends tokens competitively!
How much is a Mythical Box woth to ya? Do you deserve a discount Mythical Box because you are smarter and a 'better player' than the rest of these punks? Put your tokens where your tongue is!
Eight players each put in an entry free to play in a mech tournament against one another, single elimination, winner take home a Mythic Box. The catch? No one uses their own mech.
Players will essentially be sent to a lobby where 'rental parts' are provided in a big pile. The players in random order will select parts for their tournament mech or to block parts from being used by other players for their mechs. This can be Rochester face up or silent auction, but inevitably the shrewdest, luckiest, and most tactical player is intended to win the day.
Tacticsoft sells a slightly more expensive box than usual and small spenders get a new way to use those leftover tokens.
If they ever get an AdPay system working, expect to be selling a lot of advertising to tourney addicts.
If you think this is a form of gambling and/or that gambling is wrong, then please continue to vote against online poker, online fantasy sports, online scratchers, and sports books; these profitable economy boosters are far bigger business and therefore a different magnitude of moral decay than what I suggest.
Cool Idea:
Would be even better to find out who the best is, is to have a "non mythical tournament." There can't be a single mythical on the mech. That be the answer.

YAS....Or how about - Completely random parts in your temporary inventory (With 8 side weapons, 4 top weapons, 14 modules,etc.... 2x everything). You have 2 minutes to assemble a mech before you battle. No kits, No mythicals. That's the only rule.
