If backstabbing = competing for a neutral relic (we even launched 1st), then sure.
XI honour all NAP's until they are broken, or they expire, pity not all alliances act in the same manner.
And no Redwurm, I'm not meaning mL.
mL & XI disagreed on the meaning of NAP, with mL assuming that a relic appearing anywhere near their hive was automatically theirs, with XI begging to differ. Anyone knowing anything about the relations between these 2 alliances would know that this could never be resolved diplomatically. The word 'arrogant' is being flung around when certain people talk about XI. If being competitive, assertive & determined is the definition of arrogant then let it stick.

Nokando, it was clearly stated that XI could not get closer then 12 ticks to mL's hive and vice versa. Plain and simple. If their were stipulations for a situation like this, they should have been handled when the deal was agreed to.
Attacking that Relic would have put you within that 12 tick border. Cut and dry.

Carry on. Could not get closer, or could not build OP's closer? I think plonking a relic next to you & flying it towards your hive was a wee bit cheeky of Andrew. Relics fall in zones, and no way can an alliance claim a relic based on territory. Neutral relics are fair game, wherever they appear. Yeah, no stipulations regarding relics were made in the NAP - so no-one broke it - you decided we were breaking it & cancelled it. Calling XI backstabbers when there was no condition covering relics is a wee bit rich eh?
