I want to upload an image from the internet as my forum avatar but whenever I copy and paste what I think is the URL it says dat it's invalid, I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me how to find the URL of a picture on the internet

I'm confused by what you want, do you want to know how to upload images, or how to make an image you found on the internet to be your avatar?
