i dont know how to give someone resources can someone tell me how plz

You'll need to be in an alliance to give someone resources.

- Click on the player's colony and click the "send resources" icon to the right.

If your not in an alliance another way is to build Outpost (OP) near them and let them capture them. But other players can also capture them as well and it takes longer to get the resources (travel time to capture OPs + 24 hours before they can raze it), that player will get 300 metal and oil per OP.
